Szukając problemu właśnie natrafiłem na osoby z tym samym problemem, okazuje się że możliwą przyczyną mojego problemu jest brak PnkBstrB w services.msc. Wspomniana osoba próbowała dodać tam PnkBstrB ale po każdym uruchomieniu gry plik zostawał usunięty. clue: check with compmgmt.msc (run in console) on users if your user is an admin or reenable administrator account (right click enable account and set a password) and try installing on administrator profile
