«Hello. I and a number of players got into the ban because of the technical failure of the PB. Like many others, I was referred to software crackers, and I was awarded the status: VIOLATION (GAMEHACK) 88001.
We are understanding that you do not have a direct relationship to the PB. Nevertheless, I and the other players were deprived of the opportunity to play on the network.
Please help this cause. We wrote an appeal, but received a standard response that the ban will not be lifted
