Пропал ранг в Battlefield 1 несколько дней назад

Уже несколько дней не восстанавливается ранг в Battlefield 1, в компаньоне тоже всё по нулям. Что делать в такой ситуации?

Perhaps the support service should help you in this situation. To contact support, you can request a call back at help.ea.com/en/ . If you live abroad, use Skype to call +8 800 500 98 62 EA consultants. The cost is two cents per minute.
