I’ve already tried everything mentioned in the network troubleshooting article.
I live in Russia and play on EU servers. The problem appears whenever I try to join any server. The server list itself is visible and I don’t have any troubles browsing them. However, when I actually try to get in a game I get this error message just after a few seconds of loading.
I tried restarting my router (my PS4 is connected via Ethernet cable through the router), restarting my PS4, rebuilding database from the safe mode and none of this helped in any way.
I also tried reinstalling the game and deleting save files. Those two methods only worked for the first game after I used each one of them. When I tried to play again the problem appeared just as it did before.
Can you attach your UOTrace and do a speedtest too and add that as well?
