Emblems and error of connection to the EA servers

My emblems aren't working, even though I see them on other players. I bought the game on Steam, tried using the web companion, but it doesn't even detect that I have Battlefield installed – it offers me to buy it... I tried setting emblems in Battlelog and also in the companion, but nothing works.
Не работают эмблемы, хотя и вижу у других игроков. Купил игру в стиме, попробовал web companion, но он даже не видит, что у меня battlefield есть, предлагает его купить... Попробовал поставить эмблемы в battlelog и там же в companion, но все четно. - When launching the game, in 90% of cases, I get a window notifying me that my game data wasn't saved to the cloud. If I click 'Continue', the game starts but gets stuck in an endless 'Connecting to servers' loop. I have to either restart my computer or spam the 'Play' button until the game finally launches.
При входе в игру в 90 % случаях у меня вылезает окно, оповещающие, что у меня не сохранились данные игры в облако. Если я нажимаю продолжить, то запускается игра, но в ней бесконечное подключение к серверам. Мне приходится либо перезагружать компьютер, либо спамить кнопкой играть, пока игра не запустится.
Windows 10, Battlefield is the Steam version. Reinstalling Battlefield, connecting to different DNS servers didn't help. Reinstalling the EA App also didn't fix it.
10 виндовс, версия battlefield стимовская, переустановка battlefield, подключение к другим dns серверам не помогает, переустановку EA app также не помогает.
