I purchased Battlefield 3 Premium, but the game does not appear in EA APP.

I purchased Battlefield 3 Premium (with all DLCs included), but the game does not appear in EA APP.

I restarted EA APP, but it did not help. The purchase was made on 07/29/2025.

I have the payment confirmation with the order number via email. I also have confirmation from my bank account (card) that the money has been debited.

I wanted to contact a support operator, but I couldn't find a way to do so. 

Can anyone help me???
