Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Battlefield V
Please select your region North America
On which server did this happen? It is everywhere the game collapsed
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 05.12.19
Summarize your bug I can't play online and my options are all called id_sparta everywhere. I just could play single player options. What should I do?
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I guess you know already as everyone is having the same issue
What happens when the bug occurs? There is nothing about the real game. Just strange writting and online disability.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to play the game

The game is just not working and is everywhere telling ID_sparta whatever for every single menu and option of the game

Same * happening on PC for me, is there any fix?

    I just clicked randomly around the "Sparta" text and it suddenly started to update for a few seconds and I was ready to go. (PC)

        Hey @javicastiole14  Try doing a power cycle on the console and then go it to the game and see if it ask you for an update. 

        1. Turn off the ps4.
        2. Remove the power cable.
        3. Wait at least 30 seconds.
        4. Plug the power cable into the PS4
        5. Start the PS4.

      @l_Black-Shadow_IYou are a legend. Clicking SPARTA in the middle downloaded the UI update and fixed this for me. I'm on PC btw.

      there are two boxes if you can click the one on the left it'll start the update. also at the end of the Sparta text it has the words for what it is.
