10_SPARTA_ONLINE PRESENCE LOST EA CONNECTION , issue what is going on I'm sure you're help system is being flooded right now, I'm waiting for a phone call.
anyone have a fix, or are we waiting on EA to deliver? and how long will it take?
I'm also adding these few basics that you need to solve and bring back Punk Buster and even balance too. And get rid of the scripts people are using in game to get ridiculous scores and kill counts.

apart from my usual having to launch the game nearly a dozen times before it actually works. now since the update. this happens... language changed and other text errors from the recent update...
Screw the stupid badges for reporting a problem and just fix the mf issues already.its my first and only time on one of these gripe forums but enough's enough.

It looks like this is happening in some cases when the newest UI update hasn't been installed. If you're seeing the "Sparta" text in-game instead of the normal menu try shutting down and restarting BFV to bring up the prompt to install the UI update.
Unfortunately the text in the update prompt may also not display correctly, but you should still be able to interact with the buttons. Clicking the left button will install the update.
