7 years agoAm not eligible for 50% returning Battlefield players discount when I own BF4
Hello,
After speaking with multiple representatives about an issue where my account is not eligible for a discount I was told to come here after my representative abruptly left our chat session because they could not help me. He claimed that he sees that I own Battlefield 4 and it is in my library but the discount is not present. He said that he needed access to my account information but could not get it and that no one in his department could get this "information." Apparently, the forums is a good way to get my issue resolved because customer support could not do so. Please help me if you can.
