Banned a long while back in BFV with some Current Confusion

I think this was months back when I was suddenly banned, but now I've wanted to try to get back into BFV because it was one of the few battlefield games I couldn't put down because of enjoyment.

I remembered I was banned a while back, trying to appeal because I seriously didn't know what I was doing wrong. Was it bypassing Chat censorship once or twice because I discovered it when a friend and I were chatting to each other? Was it because they thought I was botting with AA or the MG42 I unlocked a few days before my ban? I don't know and still don't know. But today I went to check if I was unbanned ever between then and now, and I still am. I got curious and checked my Ban history on EA Games… And it's saying I don't have any infractions or bans from either BFV or any other titles? Could I get some help on this situation?

    You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in relation to any ban @ItzNuzzy_.

    There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • @ItzNuzzy_Update; I found out this ban spans across multiple games when switching from the sidebar, but when i launch the game instead of using the sidebar, i have actual access to playing the game.
