Battlefield 5 0xc0000005 Access violation

Hey guys, I installed a brand-new version of Battlefield 5, was asked if I want to use Local Storage or Cloud Storage (can't remember what I press but he said he must override it now) and since then I can't launch Battlefield 5 at all, I just see the .exe for 1 second in my Task-Manager and then Origin/EA App shows again with no errors. Crash Dump is easy to understand:

"0xc0000005"
"The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access."

PC is not overclocked, XMP is turned off. Newest Graphic Drivers are installed (MSI 3050)
Software is Win 11. I tried reinstalling the game, use EA App and Origin, Activated and deactivated the Cloud Storage inside Origin settings (funny thing is when I deactivate it and uncheck the "run as administrator" option, it launches very short, I see the Loading screen but crashed immediately after with same issue)
I tried to run it as administrator on both platforms.
I already tried this: "C:\Users\USER\OneDrive\Dokumente\Battlefield V\settings"  --> "PROFSAVE_profile_synced" and wanted to deactivate dx12 if it's on, but the Option is not inside this file.
I'll put the folder and the CrashDump as screenshot. I found a more detailed crush dump file, some parts are German, you may use Google translator for it. But there stands something different to the VisualStudio Crash dump. Can anybody understand why is it crashing?
Does anybody have a Clue what I can do next?
