Hi chuanyi2
If you've received a game ban from EA then you'll need to contact their Terms of Service team to appeal. The guide below should explain the process and how to contact them.
https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
This is the only way of appealing a ban, as only the ToS team have the ability to potentially overturn them.

The application has been completed, but it keeps showing 'waiting for the player.' What is the reason for this?

That usually means that you have been sent a message and they're waiting for you to respond. It may be worth checking the junk folder for your linked email address.

There are no new messages in my inbox, and there are none in the junk folder either.

In that case it would be worth confirming that your linked email address is correct in your EA account details. You may also be able to see what is being requested through "My Cases" on help.ea.com or in your ban history. You could also contact EA Help to ask them if they can provide the information that is being requested from you (N.B. that they cannot handle ban appeals themselves).
If all else fails, you can submit another appeal via the link in the guide shared earlier.
