Maybe the following article from Microsoft will point you in the right direction: How to control which Microsoft Store apps can use the microphone
Note
This functionality does not exist in Windows 10 versions 1809 and earlier.
- 6 years ago@XTRA-Larsiano Thank you for answer! Unfortunately Windows doesn't provide by app mic restrictions for "dektop apps", only for Microsoft Store apps and i can either enable it for all apps or disable at all.

Very sad and a big miss by Microsoft. EA would have to bypass this to make it easier for players i presume. The only thing you could check is the C:\Users\*yourprofile*\Documents\Battlefield V\settings\PROFSAVE_profile_GstAudio.VoipOn 1 make sure this is set to 0 (zero not O).
- 6 years ago@XTRA-Larsiano Thank you fo spendint so much of your time on that problem!
Unfortunately, GstAudio.VoipOn is set to 0, so for not the case is still not solved =(
But i've found a temporary solution - start Discord on another device))
