Very sad and a big miss by Microsoft. EA would have to bypass this to make it easier for players i presume. The only thing you could check is the C:\Users\*yourprofile*\Documents\Battlefield V\settings\PROFSAVE_profile_GstAudio.VoipOn 1 make sure this is set to 0 (zero not O).

Not entirely sure if there is even a workaround to get this to work, maybe try to do a clean boot to see if that helps out.
