I've tried the following
Reinstalling/Deleting any Battlefield related folders and reinstalling
Verifying integrity of files/trying to repair files (purchased on steam)
Update all drivers, graphics etc
Running game as admin
Checking folders..

Are you running anything thats overclocked? @marklar1588
Can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Battlefield V.
