battlefield 5 stutter problems

i have been getting bad stutters and frame rate drops on high-medium settings.

my specs

i5 8400

8gb ram

gtx1650

i know 8gb ram might be a problem but i seen people on youtube that had gtx 1050 ti and also 8gb on high settings and no stutters.

i just tested battlefield 1 i can play on all ultra settings 1080p stable 60 fps so why cant i play battlefield v on high-medium

i fixed the problem i had gpu memory  restriction off when i turnd it on the stutering was gone so if your gpu has 4gb or less keep it on
