Battlefield V: Auto HDR launching when HDR is enabled in game...why?

My Win11 system is fully updated and I have no problems with any games and HDR except BF:V. Why is auto HDR launching when I have in game HDR enabled? I am running my resolution at full screen, 4k with hdmi port from my 4080 to my TV. Why is auto HDR launching and not using in game HDR?

is there a reason for this? My LG C2 OLED TV does not display the HDR logo either when launching the game. So even my display is not detecting HDR from in the game.

What is causing this?
