I think no one can say you exactly how Anti-cheat bans players and how it works in details as this information isn't available publicly for obvious reasons. If you think you were banned by mistake and would like to appeal your ban, please contact EA ToS team by following this FAQ: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
Keep in mind that there may be a delay between replies due to holidays.
