Battlefield V Disc Version unable to play on PS5

I have 1000mbs fibre. My connection is fantastic. Every game works perfectly . But I cannot play online on battlefield v , it always says, lost connection to the EA servers, you may have insufficient speed or bad connection (which isn’t true) if there Any fix for this please?

    @EA_Atic Yes. But as I said before I am connected with cable. Its not an internet issue. It’s something to do with playing on a ps5 as it works fine on my ps4! So I will just have to do it that way.
