Battlefield V FPS problem

Hello battlefield community.

I have unresolved low fps in my BF V.

My computer is 9900k (4700mhz all cores)  3080TI and 16GB memory (3800mhz)

But some reason i cant steady 144fps in any resolution or any settings i found in internet.

I have tryed all resolutions and settings ingame, i have try fix settings in nvidia (Manage 3D settings) got latest nvidia drivers.

And did try add user.cfg (list from internet) file but no.

I cant find any reason why i cant play my game even smallest resolution, with smallest resolution my fps drops under 144.
