Hey @Vladivancu1907,
Let's try out some troubleshooting to see if we can help with the errors you've been seeing.When you've got the chance I'd recommend starting out with the basic and advanced connection troubleshooting steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having any problems after that please let me know. Thanks!
Hello @EA_Kent
Thank you for your kind answer but the game still give me error on PC. After I posted on the forum, yesterday the game start working but now I have the same error.
CHECK THE SERVER STATUS : the servers ( the servers were online)
Is your account banned? ( my account is not banned) etc..
Restart your router (I have restarted my router multiple times)
Use a wired connection ( I use cable)
My internet speed ( I have fast internet 900Mbps+ download, and 700-800Mbps upload)
Please advise.
Have a great day,
Vlad

Thank you for giving it a try!I'm also curious if setting a different DNS in Windows could help. I've seen cases in the past where that can do the trick for similar issues.
You can change the DNS through the Windows TCP/IP Settings. For more info on how to get there check out the Microsoft Support website. Choosing the Manual option will let you enter a DNS of your choosing. I usually go with the public Google DNS (primary DNS: 8.8.8.8; secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4), but I've also heard that using the Cloudflare DNS resolver can help (primary DNS: 1.1.1.1).
If you're able to give that a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks!
Same issue here in Stockholm, Sweden. No issues with latency, speed or connection to anything else other than the EA servers. Tried swapping DNS from Google to default ISPs and vice versa. Tried restart of computer. No difference. First time I experience this.
- @EA_Kent , thank you for the answer.
I have tried to change the DNS but the problem is still on... Sometimes the game works and sometimes it doesen't.
Please advise.
Have a nice day,
Vlad I've also reinstalled my operating system but the error is still here
- @Vladivancu1907 i have the same problem but in every bf game all is fine but only in bf V id k whats the reason nobody could help me even the ea support i think the problem from the game it self (not sure)
Since 1-2 months I've been repeatedly getting the following error message when trying all sorts of maps/game modes
GAME DISCONNECTEDConnection to EA Online timed out. Your network bandwidth and/or network latency may not
meet the requirements for this game.
After 20 retries I usually give up and it usually works a few hours later or the next day.
There is nothing wrong with my connection/bandwidth. I reach 300MBIT down/up~ (on a 1GB connection) and low latency (2.21ms).
I have no other connectivity issues with other online games or apps.
I have tried all the "odd" suggestions on similar topics but nothing makes a difference.
* Disabling antivirus
* Changing DNS
* Restarting router
* Restarting computer
* Clearing configuration
* Reinstalling game
* And at least 10 more tips given on this forum
Every time I have this issue I get the same issue with BF1.
There must be something seriously wrong with the servers and their stability.
Haven't played the game in over a year. Just installed and logged into play and am having this same issue.
My inet speeds are faster now than they used to be too.
