Battlefield V intro repeating itself

everytime i log in to Battlefield the intro repeat itself and i need to do it again and again it starting to be annoying and destroying the game fun does someone know how to fix it? beacause if this ...

    the protected folder settings in widnows defender will do that got the same problem when turning it on

i think the problem is with the saves beacause i just noticed my changes at options change to default whenever i log in

So that means something is blocking Battlefield V to save in the document folder. @Samtov69

Can be Anti-virus or Firewall. Also do you have OneDrive or google drive?
