@Palpyyyyyy I see.
You should be able to upload the file as an attachment to your post. Right above the preview and submit buttons you should have a choose file button.
Save the dxdiag as a text file and upload it.

@Palpyyyyyy Your dxdiag indicates two problem areas.
The first is with your computers audio. You have issues with windows audio along with your kraken TE headset. they are probably linked togehter
I would suggest you try to reinstall any driver for the Kraken headset. Also try to disable any audio source you do not use like the nvidia audio.
Second is that I see your explorer.exe (windows desktop) is having some issues. This one is a bit tougher to crack if this one is the culprit.
However I place my bet on your audio issues and not on the windows explorer being the culprit.
But you could run a scan of your windows to see if there are any corrupted files jsut for the sake of it.
Just open command prompt as administrator and use sfc /scannow
Let it run until its says it finished. It should take care of any corrupted files if there are any.
Also do a manual windows update to make sure all important updates are installed (some may have failed without you knowing it)
The last problem area I saw is with titanfall but that one has no bearing on this game.

@3DiE9djua2When I uninstall my Kraken Headset TE Game and Chat driver from device manager, does Razer Synapse find the sound driver for me when I reinstall it. What I mean is that if I had uninstall my sound driver for my headset, will Razer Synapse find the sound driver when I reinstall it because I cant find any sound driver for my headset, I just want to make sure I know what I'm doing.
- PartyFarter6 years agoSeasoned Ace
@Palpyyyyyy Windows will install a driver automatically for you however that may not be the newest. Then you should be able to update the driver from within synaps.
I would also think Razor let you download the newest driver directly from their web site and that you dont need to uninstall from device manager. Just download and run the driver.
Razer synaps may also be the problem here. One easy way to find out is to just uninstall synaps and launch the game. If you do not crash then synaps is the issue and not the driver.
If you keep crashing without synaps, then its probably the driver. Then just download the newest version of both driver and synaps and install both. Probably if you install synaps first you can update the driver from within synaps.
If you keep crashing after this then we need to look further. Then you should at least do the scan I mentioned in my last post.

@3DiE9djua2 Reinstalling my razer headset drivers didn't work now what
- PartyFarter6 years agoSeasoned Ace
@Palpyyyyyy did you do the windows scan as well? If not please try that.
And did you reinstall synaps or only the driver?
Could you also disable windows game bar and any of the xbox game mode stuff in windows?
Also did you clear the origin cache? You didnt mention it but I just assumed you already tried it but if you didnt please do it. And disable any overlay you may have (origin, discord etc)
@3DiE9djua2 I have doubled check everything you said but still wouldn't work :/
- PartyFarter6 years agoSeasoned Ace
@Palpyyyyyy have you upgraded your graphics driver to the newest 441.41 version?
If not, try that but dont install GFE nor nvidia audio. Try to run the game in nvidia debug mode if it still crashes.
If that does nothing then uninstall everything related to your kraken headset and razor synaps software. do no install it again but try to launch the game with no audio installed. This is just to see if it works without audio. It will rule out or confirm whether its the audio issues shown in your dxdiag being the culprit.
Also if you could upload a new dx diag after having a crash but with no other games played would be nice. it would remove any issues related to other games.
Does your reliability history have any critical listings at the time you crash? if yes, please copy the text here for that event.
