Battlefield V Multiplayer Not Working Despite Game Pass Ultimate
I’m unable to access multiplayer in Battlefield V on my Xbox, even though I have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription. I downloaded the game directly from the Game Pass library, it’s not a trial version or free play weekend.
Thanks for the info Aro_oo7. That's a fairly common issue where, for some reason, a trial status is assigned to either the Xbox or EA account.
You could try the suggestion in the user guide below, but I don't think they'll work with this particular issue, as it's slightly different (I've not tested it myself either). You never know, though, and could be worth trying:

If that doesn't work, you'll need to either contact Xbox Support at https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/ or EA Help at help.ea.com, since it'll be something that will need to be fixed at an account level.
