Exact same issue here. Frustrating, and EA is notorious for lack of customer support.

    FIXED: Select resume on every story and watch the ending again. Popped after the ending of "Under no flag" in my case.

      Not a solution for me. My options are either resume from beginning or play all over again. I do not want to have replay the campaign repeatedly with no assurance of the darn achievement unlocking. What an annoying bug ☹️

        Same for me.. cant reach ending scenes without play the last bit of All 3 storyies. Help!! 😢😢😢
