Unfortunately, this method did not work. At this point it may be an error in the game and the game might need to be updated. Any other methods are welcome, but I will now be waiting until an update fixes the issue (unless another method appears). Thank you all for your efforts to try and help.

I figured out how fix mine by uninstalling my gpu via device manager then windows will pick this weird amd driver. The game Luanches when my card uses this driver but my radeon adrenaline does not work. So once im done playing I need to manually update my drivers again from device manager. This worked for me I hope works for you by some miracle.

    Hi!

    1. Create file called user.cfg inside game dir.

    2. Open it and input:

    RenderDevice.DxDiagDriverDetectionEnable 0

    3. Close and save.

    You done.
