BF5 Missing lvl 20 Recon Assignments

Hey! So I hit lvl 20 in Recon and left prior to the EOR but now I am not seeing the recon mastery assignments so I can unlock the lvl 20 recon skins. I put in a ticket for live chat, but I am not seeing a pop up menu that the page seems to be referencing. Please help, this is incredibly frustrating. ty

    Yes, I played a 2-3 more rounds since and nothing has appeared yet. I had even leveled another gun to another rank, and finished another assignment that I had. Neither of those helped either.

    @x_Cynful_x Try levelling up another class if you can. Also one thing I remember working for me in the past was finishing a whole round of co-op.
    If you wanna try that and do it as quickly as possible, just start the 'Bridgehead Blockade' mission. It is the most straightforward mission and takes less than 6mins to complete.

    My medic is only rank 18, I could try to get it to 19 tonight after work. I unfortunately have to head out now so I can try tonight and report if either helped.

    @x_Cynful_x If all else fails you can try asking EA Help for a hand (I realise you've mentioned this already). Their various contact channels are below, in case Twitter or Facebook would work better than the site.

    However, generally speaking, ranking up more usually works. Just make sure that when you rank up in the match you stay until the next round begins. That's the point the info is sent to the stat server.

    I leveled my medic to rank 19 and completed the 'Bridgehead Blockade' mission as you suggest BUT neither worked to resolve the issue. Any other thoughts?
