BFV is unplayable - Consistent disconnection

This game is literally unplayable.  I've contacted support twice today and went through the out-of-date troubleshoot guide with no luck.  No need to even reply to this post with further guidance because I've tried everything.  It's hilarious because instead of fixing their flippin game, they recommend contacting our ISPs.  ITS NOT OUR INTERNET, ITS YOUR BROKEN TRASH GAME/SERVERS.

Average 13 ping in all other games...UNTIL I try to play any EA game.  After all the money we have all spent on EA, this is criminal.

ROBBERY, THEFT, WORTHLESS TROUBLESHOOT, EA!

On which of the three platforms are you playing? Also just because you have a low ping doesn't mean that your connection is good, you may have excessive latency variation at one or more hops between your router and the destination server which will be seen in a UO Trace. Have you conducted a UO Trace yet?

    Hey @ragnarok013 ,

Appreciate you reaching out, it's cool that you volunteer to help others on the forum.

I have an xbox and have played BFV/BF1 in the past, on the same router/modem without an issue.  The other day is the first time I've experienced constant disconnection.  Is it possible that the router went bad?

If so, i will conduct a UO Trace if you are willing to look at it, because i sure as heck don't trust any EA employee

    Thanks

  • @ragnarok013 ,

Another important note is that I am able to run R6S and Fortnite with no connectivity issues and no disconnections, with stable ping around 20.

Detailed network statistics shows download speed @ 60 mbps with upload @ 18 mbps with a latency of 55.  I don't exactly understand how all of this works, but it seems like this should be sufficient.

In addition, it shows 0% packet loss, while every time I join a game of BFV Firestorm I get the packet loss signal once in the drop plane, then get kicked.  I have no issues in the pre-game hangar.
