Bug Battlefield V Level 20 Medic & Assault Assignments Locked + Poor Support

Hi EA Community Managers & Support Team,

I am posting this to report a persistent account progression bug affecting my Battlefield V classes, as well as an unacceptable customer support experience.

My Level 20 Medic and Assault class assignments and rewards (Proficiency/Mastery sets) remain completely locked on my account, even though I have met all necessary requirements.

To clarify, another support agent named Mudit previously managed to manually grant my missing Level 10 assignments and rewards to my account without any issues. This clearly proves that customer support does have the technical capability and tools to manually resolve missing class progression.

However, when I reached out today, the agent I was paired with (Damchin) refused to provide any real assistance. Instead:

- He repeatedly sent generic, automated copy-paste template responses and told me to check Twitter announcements.

- He falsely claimed that support can never manually grant assignments, directly contradicting previous successful cases like Mudit's.

- He refused to escalate the case to a senior specialist.

- When confronted with the Mudit precedent and unable to explain the contradiction, he abruptly closed the chat while I was typing my response.

As a player dealing with a legitimate bug, being met with copy-paste avoidance and having chats closed on me is extremely frustrating.

Could a Community Manager or a proper support representative please look into my account and manually unlock/grant my missing Level 20 Medic and Assault assignments and rewards?

Thank you for your time and help.
