Cannot Report Players On Contact EA

There is no longer an option to report players on the Contact EA website (see image) for BFV. Cheaters are at an all time high and I cannot even report any more.

    Hi folks,

Sorry for the delay in replying. The comments got lost in a sea of AHQ notifications.😅

We've received similar reports from other titles. Something's changed on the backend. We've flagged it and it's being looked into. In the meantime, using the in-game option to report cheating for BFV will ensure suspicious activity can be flagged directly to the best team for the job.

There's also a way to send in reports using the EA App client:

    1. Open your Friends List.
    2. Click the Add a Friend button. (You won't need to actually add them as friends. This function will simply give the option to search for their profile.)
    3. Search for the ID of the user you want to report.
    4. Click on their name to open the user's Profile.
    5. Click the  beside their profile name.
    6. Select ⚠️ Send Report.
    7. Select why you’re reporting the player.
    8. Tell us where the incident you're reporting happened.
    9. Give us any other additional information that will help us investigate.
    10. Click Submit.

Popped a screenshot below to help highlight how to report a player in the EA App. Please click on the spoiler tag to expand and view it:

Aside from that, there's nothing more I can add, and we can't help process cheating reports on Answers HQ so I'll close the thread. For more information on Battlefield's approach to Anti-Cheat, please see the team's blog & forum post

    Thanks,

    EA_Lanna
