Cant get past the blue cinematic part before menu

Which platform are you playing Battlefield V on?

Ive tried repairing and clearing app data etc still. No luck can play all your other games fine. Hugely disappointing given how long I’ve waited for this game 

I have the same issue. It used to happen intermittently and I would just restart the PC, however now it seems to be stuck on the cinematic screen every time the game tries to load.  

Just updated Windows 10 as I was concerned it was a direct x issue and reloaded the game. Still getting stuck on the cinematic screen. Really annoying since 2 days ago I was playing with no issues.

origin reinstall / repiar / run as admin / refresh app data/ program file / restarting computer/ reinstalling previous graphics card version / downgrading to dx 11

I have reinstalled NVIDIA v416.94 along with Direct X 12 and reinstalled BF V. Still no change. I get the loading credits then the cinematic screen continues to play

So Frustrating and no way to open this as a case to EA

please try to switch over to DX11, if you have your DX12 enable.

I cannot get into the game to do that. I have rolled back the graphics driver but not sure how I can change the game from using directx 12 to 11. I have checked the PROF SAV file also and auto detect is at 0

Hey there,

I jhad exactly the same problem and fixed it by changing back to DX 11 via the config file. Here you go:

Go to: Documents\Battlefield V\settings |

Open file: PROFSAVE_profile (notepad/wordpad) and change line: GstRender.Dx12Enabled 0 (0=DX11, 1=DX12)
