CANT PLAY FIRESTORM

Hi i cant play FireStorm can you make something with illegally bob server manager and banlist and disable all bob servers? bypassed your system and making FireStorm and Grand ops on BFV without allow EA and DICE and banned me on personal Banlist and cant play more FireStorm mode please kill all BoB servers illegally created
