Hey @zenn_nme @Beorhthere
This is working as intended.
The Company has been reset as part of our preparation for deploying new factions with the Pacific. You will need to re-setup your Soliders when you load the game today, and will now find your customisation is attached to individual characters vs broadly applied on the class (meaning that if you use the same character across your company, you will find that changing the customisation options on that character will affect it's usage on other classes).

@EA_Atic , why can't they be broadly applied? why do customisations have to be individual for you to add a new faction?

It has something to do with the future pacific content update and the different factions.

@Draxonfly the community manager said it was. But either way y couldn't it stay broadly applied to each class.

pressing x to go from British to Germany press it again and that would go to Japanese and Americans and then press x again vice versa back to the British in Germany and it would still all broadly be applied I don't see how making customisations individual has anything to do with adding a new faction details to justify it too me because I don't like it help me understand the importance of it. And maybe I'd expect it lol
