Couldn't enable DLSS

Hi guys, i am wondering why i couldn't enable DLSS.

I had enabled dx12, dxr but still couldn't enable DLSS.

I am using :

- Windows 11

- i9 11980HK

- RTX 3080 MaxP 16GB

    Not sure about the 30x series, but the 20x series enables dlss with correct setup.  With  2080s, dlss is enabled only when playing in 4k,  2070s enable dlss with 2k monitor and the 2060 is enabled playing in 1080

    After thinking about it, the 30 series cards were released after development stopped so no need to implement dlss on a game no longer being worked on.  And a 30 series card should be more then enough to run a 4k monitor without dlss support
