CPU to GPU usage in Battlefield V at 1440p 144hz

So ive changed my setup yet again to see if above 60z gaming makes a difference in FPS shooters and I can certainly say im sensitive to FPS fluctuations. Now ive played over 300 hours at 4k 60hz loc...

Hello,

Same Issue right now, 100% cpu, under 15% on the GPU.

Why is this game running on my CPU and not the graphics card I paid so much for?

I can run Pubg and the CPU runs around 20-45%, and the GPU 25-70. Like how a normal game works....

SPECS.

i7-9700k Water cool loop
rtx2080ti

16Gb ram OC (ts not the issue)

Nice mobo, no time to look.

    if you set my settings for 1440p it uses more GPU but still CPO runs 80+ and GPU at 60+
