how to deal with lost connection. When I used Hotspopt and WiFi in different places the game was successful online. but when using home wifi the game doesn't run online. I'm confused about how to solve it

- @EA_cuervo I've tried it. and the results are still the same. Is there something wrong with my provider? or maybe my provider blocked the EA server

It is possible that something in your router is blocking the connection. Opening ports could possibly fix that. I cannot provide you with specific steps to open ports on your router as each router admin page has a different interface, however your internet provider might be able to assist you with that.
