Hmm okay,
In the game launcher if you right click the title or click a gear icon you can see the game properties, click repair or "verify integrity of game files " and let the scan do its thing.
Once done run the game again. (game launchers like origin or steam)
The "ea.com/unable-to-connect" takes you here for some basic trouble shooting.

I checked the BFV servers and they are fine, scroll down to the "Try basic connection troubleshooting" and see if that solves the issue if not it maybe something else we can look further into. 🙂
Have you checked your internet connection ?
Do a speed test, certain games require a certain speeds it might be that you timed out, your internet dropped and it lost its connection to the server and timed out before it re connected.
or try restarting your game and see if it re connects

i have the same problem on bf 1 and i don t know why
Okay lets do a check with the firewall.
Press the win key and type allow an app and hit enter.
Click change settings and scroll down the list of programs, find battlefield 5 and 1 then make sure both boxes are ticked.
Now try the game again. (if there is no battlefield 1 or 5 in the list lmk)
Another thing to check if that does not work:
Right click the start menu button and open command prompt(admin) then type:
sfc /scannow
If the scan failed let me know.
If the scan repaired some stuff then restart your PC and try the game again.
If the scan was not able to fix anything then your OS is fine.
