@Kadent11 I have the exact same problem. I did what you said but unfortunately, the problem was not solved. Do you have any other advice?

    @Kadent11 ,

    Yes! 
    I found that the game's trial version opened when I clicked on the shortcut for a reason I didn't understand. Because every time I opened the game again, the story mode started from the beginning. So I deleted the trial version from the game files location and ran the bf1 game as admin. Then the problem was solved.
