Fortification Outlines do not show up

Hello, when I hold the building hammer in the hand, the white ghost outlines of fortifications like AA, sandbags, barbed wires etc.
don't show up and I can only see the little hammer indicator on the fortifications. And even that indicator doesn't always show up
correctly. I tried to change all my graphics settings but it doesn't help. I hope somebody can help me because it's really annoying

to always search the right spot to build.
