Let's see if we can find out what's going on here. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection?

Wired.I always use a wired connection for the main pc.

Great. Glad you're wired as it's much better than wireless. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Did that.Same thing.Rebooted the router several times,,pc off,flushed cache and so on.

Also,deleted the origin files (app data,roaming and local) and then restarted origin and logged in again.
