I think the best way is contact your store or seller who sold the key and ask him if they can do something with this. I'm not sure that EA support can help you as you bought the game from the third-party retailer.

Also, note that you can't ask EA support to refund the game if you bought it from third-party retailer.

What I can advise you is read this article in which you can learn where to buy EA digital download games and learn a list of trusted retailers: https://www.help.ea.com/en-za/help/faq/where-to-buy-ea-games-v2

    Thanks!

The games are regionalized so each region has a separate selection of languages offered. For example in North America you'll typically have English, Spanish, French, and maybe Portuguese. In Eastern Europe you'll typically have Russian, Polish, etc but no English or French etc.  Which region do you live in and which region is your game key from?

    Yeah
She told him the whole story but he could not help me
She also told him about the availability of any information about the area he had bought from him
He said that this is out of my revenue because he is only a seller and not an importer

But I see that many in the forums face this problem in the absence of some languages and not just me

Do not know what they do technical support
It is easy for them to provide an independent language pack where anyone can download their favorite language

Such as the picture at the top

But the language of sound in the game is different
    I think it's Italian
