Forgot To add The most important part. All tests are done at 1440p as thats my native res
The only thing I could think of is the clock speed on that RAM. It seems to be a game the leans heavy on the CPU and that could be the hamstring you're looking for. Im running 64GB of 6000 and its a bit choppy but only for the first 20 seconds as everything loads into DX12 then its smooth as butter.
I thought that aswell if I’m honest but I’ve tried 2666mhz 3200mhz and 3600mhz all are the results
