High CPU usage and low GPU usage BF5

When I play BF5 now i get round 29-59 frames and it also annoys me when it moves so much. The day before it worked fine but now it doesnt work. I have everything for it and i dont know how to fix it....

I suspect you have your display connected to the motherboard video output. Check this and connect your display to your GPU if required.
