How to set up Chinese language for BF5 (simp or tran alike)

Hello @AgentAlberta16,

Battlefield V has support for Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. You should check the language options before installing Battlefield V.

I actually uninstall the game to check what you saying, but no, there is only four languages to select from when installing, Eng, French, Por, and Spin.

And yes, I purchase the game on EA, and yes, my client is running in chinese, so what to do next?

    @AgentAlberta16,

    You should try talking with EA support, this has to be something linked to the copy of the game itself.

      Do you have any other suggestions? EA support straight up ignore my case, they "Fixed" then "Closed" my case without a single advice provided. And the bottom says "resume case" doesn't even work!!! It didn't change the statue after I press it at all! They even have the guts to email me asking if I have any further question otherwise they "already did", "closed" my case.

        Hi @AgentAlberta16 It may be that the copy you have only supports certain languages. Did you buy it through the EA App?

        Also, if you're not able to re-open a case then you should be able to open another one and reference the closed case. There might also be a live chat option available you could use instead (this depends on certain factors though).
