Hello @e2e343434,
To confirm there may be a delay in seeing your Epic-owned EA games in the EA app client, you can try to clear the EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) to see if this resolves this.
You can also check if your Epic and EA accounts are correctly linked, and that you are signed into both clients with that linked account.
Best regards,

Can you tell me how I can clear the EA Store cache?
Click on the hyperlink I have posted in my first post @e2e343434. You should find all of the needed information.
Best regards,

You told me to clear the cache of ea app sotoreyi, now I did it, my problem is not solved, there are many games in my , It does not appear in the library section but they are not available, I cannot download the games.
If your issue is still not resolved @e2e343434, I would advise you to contact EA support.

Origin's cookie files are still there, I'm trying to delete them, it doesn't work, it doesn't allow it, could that file cause a problem? Could that file cause problems?
