We did an update this morning and everyone should have the throwing knife.

Summarize your bug Before the latest patch, I was able to use throwing knifes as Recon class. Now after the 1st tides of war patch, throwing knifes are locked. I have recon rank 13, and the knives should unlock at rank 9. It only says that "available next round" but it never unlocks the throwing knives for me
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What happens when the bug occurs? I cant choose throwing knives to my grenade slot.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to use throwing knives as recon rank 13
