I cant buy the BF5

Hi everyone,

I wanted to buy BF5 from ea app or website but i couldnt and it says always same thing here it is

We had some trouble processing your request

Something went wrong and we couldn't complete your request. Try again a little later.

what should i do how can i fix this can anyone help me please

    Hi @theinfamis It would probably be worthwhile to contact your payment provider and EA Help (help.ea.com) so they can take a look.

    If its on psn, try to buy the game on the app and not the console. It sometimes works for me. And the game will show up right away
