I take 2 keys for battlefield 1 and V on prime gaming. I activated battlefield 1, but when ı use my battlefield V key, the game didn't add my library, but the code had expired. I don't know what to do...

Have to contact Amazon Prime Gaming because it's a promotion by them nothing to do with EA, but contact them first and they may then ask you to get in touch with EA help after
