I cant run battlefield V on my laptop

Hi, im newbie in here.

yesterday i bought my battlefield 5 on steam, and just like another EA games, i must link it to EA app. Everything is fine, until tomorrow. When i wanna play it again, my laptop cant launch and open the battlefield, it launch but i cant see the games running on my screen. when i check to my steam and EA app, its says "Battlefield V : running", i tried to fix it by redownload it, verifying, repairing, using youtube tutorial but it doesnt work. Can someone help me, i just wanna play my battlefield V ☹️
