i didnt recieved the rewards from purchasing ea play pro access

I only received two useless stamps;skins,tasks,and the dagger are all missing.Pre-purchased weapons in bf1 are also unavaliable.

    both bf1 and bf5 are purchased in STEAM,are thess issued related to this problem?
